If you have retail installment contract assigned to Westlake and, between June 20, 2022, and August 18, 2025, paid a convenience fee to ACI Payments, Inc. (“ACI”) in connection with a payment on a Westlake account, then you may be a Class Member and eligible for payment from this Settlement.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a payment, you must complete a Claim Form online or postmarked on or before May 18, 2026.
Westlake has agreed to establish a Settlement Fund of $1,200,000.00 from which Settlement Class Members who complete valid Claim Forms will receive payments. If you wish to obtain money from the Settlement, you must complete and submit a Claim Form. All information will be kept private and will be used solely to administer the Settlement. Your information will not be disclosed to anyone other than the Court, the Settlement Administrator, and the settling parties in this case.
If you would like to receive payment via Westlake Account Credit, please print a paper claim form and mail it to the Settlement Administrator at the address below.
